KATCH
We will shortly be establishing a company designated to form our first cohousing development.
Its name will be:
Kennet And Thames Cohousing Limited
... or KATCH for short
KATCH will be a Company Limited by Guarantee and Members will sign up to the Memorandum
and Articles as the central document, as well as the Handbook which will comprise
a number of other documents that set out the various policies and procedures of the
Company. So far we have adopted one document -
